  • STEM Program placed in the DELTA State Fair, and are working on exciting projects, just to name a few: recyclable Metal, Lego Creation, Paper Mache and Holiday/Duct Tape.
  • Volleyball Large Area 1 Champions of the Tennessee Area.
  • Kate Bond Middle School Honors Academy. Students who are part of the Honors Academy were placed based on academic performance, achievement test results, and teacher recommendations. Included in this academy is Algebra I for high school credit. Students are expected to perform at high academic levels and engage in community service.
  • ESL Newcomer Academy. Students who are in their first and second years in the USA are now taking specialized courses to help them learn English and content quickly. KBMS offers ESL courses in English, Social Studies, Science, and Math.
  • KBMS has various Special Education Programs for students: STEP, CDC, Moderate, and Inclusion. KMBS also has CLUE for gifted students.
