Committed to seeing students to and through college; students visit at least one college campus each year; school continues to work with students through middle school and high school; KIPP Through College team works with students after they leave high school to ensure that they are progressing to and through college

Offers double blocks of English Language Arts (2 hours per day) at every grade level to ensure that students have plenty of time to practice reading and writing, as well as to read independently
Offers double blocks of Math classes (2 hours per day) at every grade level to ensure that students have plenty of time to practice fluency as well as grade level math.
Offers a choice of technology club and other electives as well as Academic Literacy or Math Enrichment for 5th - 8th grade students
Extracurriculars: Choir, Physical Education, Football, Track, Boys and Girls Basketball, Cheerleading, Majorettes, Step Team, and intramural baseball for fifth grade

Special Education: Special Education: Inclusion model with pull-out services; other therapies (speech, occupational, physical, etc.) provided as necessary
Parent Involvement: Volunteers, PTO, Parent University courses offered each month during Saturday School

All applications received before 2/1/17 will be treated equally in lottery. If there are available spots after the lottery period ends, students will be accepted based on their application date (with preference given to siblings of current KIPPsters).
