The S.T.E.M. curriculum allows students to engage in robotics learning. Students apply Science, Math and Engineering to investigate global issues, challenges and real world problems.
Students apply technology strategically to answer complex questions and global issues.
Community partnerships provide opportunities to interact with local business leaders, parents and school sponsors to make the school a sustainable school.
School uses problem- and project-based instruction or design-based tasks to engage students in addressing complex contexts that reflect real-world situation. MSA students will learn, apply, integrate, and interpret rigorous science, technology, engineering and mathematic content to engage in inquiry, logical reasoning, collaboration, and creativity.
Reading on Wednesday is a program designed to increase reading comprehension and strengthen understanding of grade level vocabulary.

Students are admitted on a first-come-first-served basis. Applications are processed within 14 days when parents are notified by mail. Once slots are filled, students are placed on a waiting list. Families on the wait list are notified the first week of school of any available openings.
