Millington Middle has a STEM focus. Its STEM program has been expanded every year for the past 3 years, and students in the program have a STEM class everyday. Millington Middle also has a competition Robotics team.
Students at Millington Middle School take a college field trip every year they are enrolled. By the time they finish 8th grade, they will have visited 5 schools.
Faculty and administration have a strong belief in tutoring. Teachers tutor throughout the year, offering tutoring in a wide range of subjects Tuesday-Friday. Saturday morning tutoring is also offered twice a month.
A mentoring program is being developed between the YMCA of Millington and Millington Middle School. Within this program, students will have mentoring opportunities to help them with school work and life skills.
