Our Lady of Perpetual Help School was voted Favorite School in Germantown for ten years by the Germantown News People's Choice Awards and Best Memphis in May International Classroom.
OLPH consistently has standardized test scores above the national average in every subject area. The robust STEM program gives students an edge in mathematics by teaching them how to use math and science in a variety of ways and how to be problem solvers.
The engaging and high-quality early education program provides children with an age-appropriate learning curriculum, time to learn through active play, and time to rest and rejuvenate their minds and bodies.
OLPH has a strong Catholic identity with an emphasis on building children's relationship with Jesus Christ. Faculty and staff support students by walking their faith formation journey with them, providing gentle encouragement and guidance along the way.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help School encourages students to spread their love and caring of others both inside the parish and into the wider community through the many service opportunities provided. From collections for the food bank to raising money and awareness of childhood cancers, students show a genuine love and concern for others. Individual classes as well as school-wide drives help the students understand the Christian responsibility to care for those in need.

Gifted Education: Utilizing differentiated instruction, teachers can continue student growth through going deeper into a topic, creating more challenging assignments, and producing higher level thinking projects.
Parent Involvement: OLPH has a very active Home and School association, which plans fun events for the whole family, fundraises for the school, and provides a forum for parents to get to know each other and get involved. They have an extensive volunteer network to provide volunteers in the school library, art classrooms, music classroom, cafeteria, and to fill any other need. Parents are always welcome to further strengthen the home and school connection.
Tours: There are two general Open House nights (Fall and early Spring) for prospective parents, and individual tours of classrooms and the building are available anytime by making an appointment with the school office.
Application Requirements: Application requirements for new students: a complete Application for Admission with $50 non-refundable Application fee, Birth Certificate, Official State Immunization Form, and Baptismal Certificate (Catholic students only)
The OLPH preschool has an excellent curriculum that is age appropriate. It is NAEYC accredited, too, so I know that my child is receiving the best education with time to play and rest.
