I read the review that was previously posted, and decided that I had to ditto. Mr. Johnson met me outside one day and invited me to take a tour during school hours. I have no regrets about sending my kids here and I don't know any other parent that is involved in their child's education who is unhappy with the teachers and staff here.

When my son was 4 years old I moved to an apartment in Germantown because I wanted him to have the opportunity to attend one the best schools in the area. Well needless to say at the end of the school year, I was disappointed. His teacher didn't attempt to connect with him, he would finish his work and was told to get on AR. He would often come home and state he didn't have a good day. Well that spring as a mother I was adamant I would find a great school for my son. The spring came and went and I was still searching. It wasn't until a friend of mine told me about Rozelle and said you should check it out. Now keep in mind at this point it was June and school was out, but I called the school and luckily someone answered - it was Mr. Johnson, the principal. I asked if I could look around and he said sure. Immediately when I entered the school, it was something different. Maybe it was the warm welcome from Mr. Johnson, or the student work, or maybe the classrooms and how welcoming and warm they felt. Since Braylon was going to the 2nd grade I wanted to view the 2nd grade classrooms. He opened the door to one and it was nice, but then he opened the door to what I like to think of as the best classroom I'd ever seen. It was the best learning environment I'd ever seen, I looked at Mr. Johnson and said this is the place for my son. The year started and luckily he was in Mrs. Loggins class. Just to wrap this on up. That year was his best year ever. He joined CAPA and was a part of the Drama troupe, his stammering became non-existent, he became a confident, fun-loving, out-going kid. Rozelle totally changed my child's life. Everyone from Mrs. Bolden in the office, to Mrs. Wilson the intervention specialist, to great teachers like Mrs. Loggins make Rozelle a jewel. It's a place that I drop my son off everyday and trust that he will receive the best. I have no regrets in driving from Cordova 30 miles one-way to take him to school. I love Rozelle!!
