Scenic Hills has vastly improved since the transfer of the last principal. I choose not to mention HER name, but draw your own conclusions. The new principal has shown himself to be more involved in the students as well as the day to day operation of the school. This is something that has been lacking in the leadership seat for a long time. Each student receives a hug or high-five when entering in the morning. Every student is called by name by most of the teachers and staff. My daughter enjoys going to school a lot more this year than she has in the past two. Both of my daughters are improving in their grades and test scores. I feel comfortable giving credit to the teachers' newly acquired morale. I only give three stars because they are still in the process of improving. Good job, Mr. Schaffer and staff.
